AGM Offers Key Metrics for Planning in 2022 Seminar

Phoenix, AZ – June 15, 2021 – The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) is presenting an educational seminar focusing on using Key Retail Metrics to analyze current business and plan for future business in a post Covid world. Entitled Key Metrics for Planning in 2022, this seminar will be held online on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at 2:00 pm Eastern. Registration is now open. Visit https://www.jotform.com/form/211248108539152 to sign up.

Practical information will be shared on tracking and analyzing key retail metrics including Retail Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, and Dollar per Round. These metrics will also be compared to national benchmarks. Tips on how to plan each of these metrics for 2022 will be shared with a special focus on using Dollar per Round.

According to presenter Tracy Moffatt, "Success at your Golf Retail Operation depends on understanding and managing the Key Retail Metrics the session explores.  In my mind, the most important metric is Turnover as it incorporates all the other metrics and has a direct impact on your shops profitability."

Moffatt presents seminars and workshops for golf and retail industries worldwide. She is a regular presenter for the PGA of America and was the 2014 recipient of the Southwest Florida Chapter’s Henry B. Watkins Award. In 2009, she was the recipient of the AGM Educator of the Year Award and is the most recent Past President of the organization. In 2010, she became an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University in Estero, Florida, and currently teaches Advanced Golf Merchandising Operations for the PGA Professional Golf Management program.

This seminar is designed for those looking to stay ahead of the curve as we look past COVID and begin planning for 2022 and beyond.
There is a $25 fee for AGM members or $49.99 for non-AGM members to attend. To register, visit https://www.jotform.com/form/211248108539152
